We have compiled some frequently asked questions and answers:

  • Which shipping/mailing service do you use?

    We are using United States Postal Service (USPS) at this time. Please keep in mind that due to COVID-19, there might be delays at some post offices which could impact the arrival date of your order.

  • How long does shipping take?
When you place your order, it will take 2-5 business days to process your order. After that, your order will be shipped according to the amount of time shown on the selected shipping method at checkout. 
  • When will my cards be placed in the mail?

    When you place your order, it will take 2-5 business days to process your order. After that, your order will be shipped according to the amount of time shown on the selected shipping method at checkout. 

  • I noticed my address was entered incorrectly. Can I change this? 

    Once the package is at the post office, we cannot change the address. At that point, you will need to contact the post office for any changes. For address change requests , please submit a request to info@drebony.com with a subject line of "Address Change Request."

  • How is the Teen Edition different from the Original Version?

  • I ordered and didn't receive an invoice.
Please send an email to info@drebony.com with the subject line "Invoice Request" and we can get you a copy of your invoice. Please also check spam and junk folders. 
  • I ordered and didn't receive a tracking number.

    When a shipping label is created for your order, a tracking number will be sent to the email used when the cards were purchased. If you do not receive a tracking number, this could mean that the order has not been processed and is still awaiting a shipping label. However, please feel free to send an email to info@drebony.com with the subject line "Tracking Number". If your order has been processed we can look up your tracking number for you. Please also check spam and junk folders for those emails. 

  • When I choose Pricepoint 5 (donate a deck), what does this mean?

    Choosing Pricepoint 5 (Donate a Deck to a Woman of Color) at checkout means that you want to ANONYMOUSLY donate a deck of My Therapy Cards to a woman of color. Once you purchase this option, the company will donate a deck to a woman of color of our choice. DO NOT select this option if you are wanting to send the cards to someone as a gift. Please select Pricepoint 1 (single deck) for this option and put the recipient's address in the shipping fields. If you are unsure, please email us at info@drebony.com and we would be happy to clarify. 

  • Can the cards be used with others?

    YES! The cards can be used alone or with someone you trust. People have used them for self-reflection/self-care time, girls' nights, support groups, virtual groups, in sessions, etc.  

  • Are My Therapy Cards good for teens?

    The Original version of My Therapy Cards were created for young adults. However, we now have a Teen Edition that is GREAT for teens!

  • How many cards are in the deck?

    There are 52 cards in the original deck. The deck includes 12 cards per category, 3 blank cards per category for you to write your own questions or notes that come to mind, glossary cards, an emotion wheel, resource cards, introduction/how-to-use cards. For the Teen Edition,  there are 15 cards per category, 1 blank card per category to write your own questions or notes that come to mind, 2 glossary cards, 1 emotion wheel, 1 self care menu, 1 resource card, and 3 instruction cards. 

  • Can I receive a refund on my order or return my cards?

    We do not refund any purchases made on our websites (www.drebony.com, www.mytherapycards.com, or www.mytherapycards.shop). Please review the refund policy here.
